SUEZ Recycling AB has entered into an acquisition agreement with Cadexa AB. According to the agreement, SUEZ will take over Cadexa’s business as regards recycling and waste disposal services for households and companies in the area of Norrtälje, Sweden. The transaction includes employees, clients and vehicles. Discussions with Cadexa have been conducted over an extended period of time and SUEZ will take over the operations for all of Cadexa’s recycling and waste disposal services starting 1 February 2018.
